Recipe 1
1 cups of another types of vegetable shortenings
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons flavors (colorless)
2 pounds of confectioners sugar
to cupful of water or milk (water is a good choice, but milk goes well with lilac color)
Combine all the shortenings, flavorings, & salts thoroughly. Add the powdered sugar. Slowly enlarge water & softly mixture all the components till well blended. You will watch that after 2-3 minutes, the mixture will become creamy.
Notes:
a) Try to keep the total in precisely the same quantity as mentioned above. If you introduce tons of variations, you might not get the desired butter cream icing.
b) If you want to make your icing thin, enlarge three to four huge spoonfuls of wheat syrup.
c) If you want to make cocoa butter cream, all you want to do is enlarge cupful of cocoa powder or three one ounce cocoa squares, blended with one to 2 tablespoons of milk, to the else components & lead to mixture well.
Recipe 2
cupful vegetable shortening
cupful of cushy butter (you might enlarge margarine also)
4 cups of confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons water (milk)
teaspoon almond, for flavor
A dash of salt
Mix the shortening, butter, & almond. Add confectioners sugar & softly mixture by hand. Continue to enlarge else components & mixture quickly, for six to seven minutes.
Here, too, you might enlarge or 1/3 cupful of cocoa powder to make cocoa butter cream.
If the icing is rather thin, you might enlarge more powdered sugar, & in subject you find it stiff, put a couple of drops of water or milk into it.
Recipe 3
Butter cream icing, which has a snowy visual aspect as well as a yummy taste, is the best option for frosting a cake. This alleged snow lily-white butter cream is mostly used for decorating wedding ceremony cakes or any flat-surfaced cake & for making nail flowers. Remember to dry the flowers uncovered for at least a day. Flowers like apple blossoms or dangle flowers are set up for use after four to five hours of air drying.
The good thing about snowy butter cream is that it does not want refrigeration to become coherent & features a tasteful taste as well. Heres a recipe for this tasteful icing:
2/3 cupful of water
4 tablespoons of meringue powder
12 cups confectioners sugar
1 cups vegetable shortening
teaspoon salt
teaspoon almond (for flavor)
teaspoon vanilla (for flavor)
teaspoon butter (for flavor)
Combine water & meringue powder in a bowl & mixture it fast. Next, enlarge four cups of confectioners sugar, one at a time. Mix the sugar at swift speed & lower the speed with every addition. Add the shortening, remaining sugar, salt, almond, vanilla, & butter, & mixture them gently.
Note: All of the above butter cream icings are simple to make & yummy to taste, you might make all of them at one time & decide which one best suits the another patterns on your cake.
